纯水、超纯水采用纯物理过滤技术,净化过程无需添加任何药剂,与桶(瓶)装水相比,极大降低了饮水成本,适用于学校、医院、机场、车站、餐厅、宾馆及家庭等多种场合饮水。
一、工艺流程

系统采用六级过滤(砂滤-碳滤—精密过滤器- 一级反渗透-二级反渗透-EDI)市政自来水首先进入原水箱,经输水泵进入多介质过滤器、活性炭过滤器装置、精密过滤器后,通过一级RO高压泵进入一级RO系统,一级RO的浓水外排,透析水则进入一级RO透析产水罐,作为二级RO的进水,二级RO的浓水回至原水箱,二级RO透析水则进入EDI系统,得到符合要求的超纯水,EDI浓水则回至一级RO透析罐。超纯水进入工艺生产线,生产线废水经储罐收集后通过输水泵过保安过滤器预过滤后回至原水箱,进行回用。
二、技术优点
1、有效解决自来水的二次污染问题,保障饮水的安全与卫生;
2、滤芯根据设计需求可采用高精度的超滤滤膜或者传统砂滤探路,然后根据设计需求选择反渗透膜芯,抗氧化、耐高温,清洗方便;
3、可根据需求设置不锈钢外壳材质,保养维修简便,不易发生故障,安全可靠;
4、结构简单,占地小。
