以丹参与芍药复方水煎液为对象,探讨膜分离对药液质量和能量消耗的影响。通过对四种膜的超滤实验,选取了截留分子质量为 10kDa 中空纤维超滤膜为分离膜,对超滤分离液进行反渗透浓缩,反渗透膜浓缩制得的产品中有效成分 ( 丹参酚酸和芍药苷) 保留量高于减压浓缩的 1 倍以上,而直接能耗只有减压浓缩的 1 /10,时间为 1 /5; 表明将膜用于复方中药的分离和浓缩是可行的,可显著改善品质和节约能源。
离心超滤对番红花水提液成分的影响,用截留分子质量为 1 kDa 到 100 kDa 之间的的 16 种不同离心超滤装置 ( 膜材料为聚醚砜或再生纤维素) 分离番红花水提液,结果表明,离心超滤大大的改进了番红花主要成分的比例,这使得控制番红花酸酯类,番红花苦苷和山柰酚苷类的比例成为可能,并可通过选用合适的膜对这几种成分进行纯化。
