口服级的标准的葡萄糖的价格和注射糖级有一定的差距,采用膜分离系统处理葡萄糖糖化液简化传统的工艺条件,如活性炭脱色及板框过滤,大幅度降低生产运行成本。可除去大分子杂质、蛋白;去除色素;通过膜分离系统可以生产出DX>99%的高纯葡萄糖糖浆。一次结晶即可得到无水注射葡萄糖。或是用于生产高果糖浆,提高糖浆质量及附加值。
葡萄糖的低廉价位决定了生产的投资能力,但通过工艺改造使葡萄糖从口服级上升到注射级又可以带来很大的经济效益。在温度较低的情况下,葡萄糖较容易变质, 同时黏度大大增强,不利于过滤,所以可以考虑在生产中采用高温设备和耐高温的膜,既减少了糖液从高温向低温的冷却时间,减少变质几率,又能使膜通量有一定 程度的提高,减少处理时间。同时,因膜滤液中的蛋白和杂质被充分去除,后续工艺的树脂受到的污染将大大减少,有力地改善了树脂的处理能力,延长树脂的使用寿命。
