我国是世界最大的青霉素生产基地之一,6-APA是最重要的半合成抗生素原料,通常由青霉素工业钾盐经酶裂解制得。针对青霉素料液热敏、极易降解、发酵液固含量高、分离难度等特点,厦门福美科技有限公司采用陶瓷膜+卷式超滤+卷式纳滤浓缩的全膜法组合技术工艺,配合酶解工艺由青霉素直通6-APA,全面改进6-APA的生产工艺。工艺流程如下图所示:
运用全膜分离技术工艺的优点如下:
1、采用陶瓷膜微滤+卷式超滤技术,替代转鼓工序及萃取、反萃取工序,提高滤液质量的同时完全取消溶媒和破乳剂的使用,降低生产成本,改善生产环境,降低环保压力。
2、采用卷式纳滤技术,替代传统的结晶工艺,超滤液在压力的驱动下通过纳滤膜,青霉素被截留浓缩,达到裂解底物浓度要求,直接裂解得到6-APA,缩短整体生产工艺,提高系统收率。
3、自动化程度好,程序化控制,运行稳定。
